I also run a monthly Ecstatic Dance Event in Ukiah CA @ Young for Life Studio the first Sunday of every month from 1130-1pm. This is a awesome space for self expression, healing, movement and connection. I end the 1.5 hour dance with a sound healing session. Please join us - details can be found on our FB page.
